Easy Tiger, one of Austin’s most beloved brands, is currently seeking a Bakery Sales Manager to join our team! 

The Bakery Sales Manager is responsible for using their knowledge of Easy Tiger wholesale pastry and bread products to connect with potential clients and generate recurring sales and revenue growth for the wholesale bakery business. The Bakery Sales & Client Service Manager is also responsible for building and maintaining a healthy and mutually beneficial relationship with clients by ensuring that we are meeting and exceeding product and service expectations while also identifying new opportunities to increase bakery sales.  
Duties for this position include developing sales pitches to sell products or services, making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective clients and off and on-site visits with current clients. Ideal candidates have a hospitality and culinary background with a passion for food and the ability to navigate the Austin culinary community whilst sharing and conveying their passion and excitement for Easy Tiger’s artisanal bread program.  
The Bakery Sales & Client Service representative also possess keen organization and communication skills and a drive to serve and help others with a positive, can-do spirit. They are dedicated to consistently delivering high-quality bread and pastries to our Austin community. 
REPORTS TO: Bakery Operations Director 
SALARY / GRADE LEVEL:  Salary + Commission / Exempt 
  • Product Knowledge: Presents Easy Tiger bread and products to clients with a thoughtful and knowledgeable approach.  
  • Solutions-Based Selling: Using a variety of products and services to meet client objectives, exceed revenue targets by developing relationships within restaurant and grocery sectors. Responsible for lead generation, sales process from start to finish, and client relationship management.  
  • Lead Generation: Identifies prospective clients and works diligently to convert them to active clients.  
  • Client Relationships: Manages ongoing relationships with current clients to ensure that Easy Tiger exceeds both quality and service expectations. Also, keep clients up to date on new bakery offerings and collaborate in an effort to share new ways to use existing products.  
  • Sales: Negotiates prices and terms and prepares sales agreements.  
  • Education & Training: Offers bakery tours and staff training to clients to increase knowledge and share the excitement and joy that Easy Tiger brings to the table.  
  • Teamwork: Works closely with the operations team to ensure that sales initiatives are compatible with operational constraints.  
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • Three (3) years minimum sales experience and track record of exceeding sales targets 
  • Two (2) years culinary/hospitality experience 
  • Food Handlers Certification is required
