BAKERY CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Easy Tiger, one of Austin’s most beloved brands, is currently seeking a Part-Time Client Service Representative to join our wholesale bakery team.  

We boast one of the highest quality wholesale bakeries in the country featuring local, nutritious, beautiful bread that has no dough conditioners.  Our mission is to help our guests and clients “Slow Down, Stay Awhile” by bringing people together around the table to break bread and enjoy Easy Tiger wherever they are and however they wish.  

We are looking for team members that are hardworking, unique, and find joy in actively serving their team and clients by creating an amazing artisanal product. The Bakery Client Service Representative (CSR) is the primary point of contact for Easy Tiger Bakery wholesale clients, delivering first class customer service in keeping with the super-premium baked goods we deliver every day. 
 
Accuracy and attention to detail are extremely important, and you must be computer literate. The CSR for the Wholesale Bakery receives and enters all orders, creates the production schedule for bakers, facilitates the packing list, and assists with the route designation for our drivers. The CSR brings a positive attitude for an enjoyable workplace, and conducts themselves in a kind, fun, yet professional manner. This is a rapidly growing operation, and we are looking for awesome people that are passionate about hospitality and artisan fare. 
 
REPORTS TO: Client Service Manager 
SALARY / GRADE LEVEL: Hourly/ Non-Exempt 
 
Customer Service: Handles all incoming customer requests & inquiries. Ensures company standards of product quality are met and maintains customer satisfaction. Occasionally run an order to a client in need. 
 
Sales Support: Supports Sales efforts by way of fulfilling customer requests, suggesting new items, & sending samples. 
 
Distribution: Works with Customer Service Manager to choose delivery routes and to gets the information to the packing team to organize the business. 
 
Bakery Software: Learns and becomes an expert on the bakery software systems. 
 
Communication: Circulation of relevant information to the department. 
 
Food Safety: Assists all managers on compliance measures for health safety, food safety and quality assurance. 
 
Cleanliness: Help keep the office and work areas tidy every day and sterilize work areas before and after shift for safety. 
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
 
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • One (1) year minimum previous experience in a client or customer service position 
  • Current Food Handlers Certification required 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent client relations skills 
  • High client satisfaction expectations and focus 
  • Resourceful problem-solving skills 
  • Self-motivated and driven 
  • Strong ability to multi-task projects simultaneously 
  • Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft, Excel & Google Suite) and office skills required 
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
