FOOD & BEVERAGE RUNNER

Easy Tiger Bake Shop & Beer Garden is looking for Food & Beverage Runners to join our team for our East Austin location opening soon! Easy Tiger is a dynamic and growing restaurant, combining artisanal bread and a unique craft beer list. We believe that the best hospitality starts with great people, great service and great products.

We are looking for team members that will have high standards for themselves and their team, a passion for our Brand, get a kick out of working for Easy Tiger and wear it as a badge of honor. It is important that our team takes pride in the quality of food and experience they deliver to our guests and embrace the hospitality mindset. The Food & Beverage Runner will report to our Front of House Managers and must be committed to producing consistent and high-quality work.

Duties: 

  • Deliver and announce food & beverage to guests with accurately, efficiently and enthusiasm
  • Accommodate and fulfill any special requests for guests
  • Communicate and work with Expo, Kitchen Staff and Bartenders to ensure orders are delivered timely and according to Easy Tiger standards
  • Correct any issues courteously and quickly
  • Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep time
  • Maintain a clean workspace, adhering to food safety sanitation and safety guidelines 


Qualifications: 

  • 1 years previous running or service experience preferred
  • Food Handlers and TABC Certified (or must be willing to obtain)
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends
  • Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask efficiently 
  • Team play with a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
