Easy Tiger, one of Austin’s most beloved brands, is currently seeking Hosts to join our South team!

REPORTS TO: FOH Managers

SALARY / GRADE LEVEL: Hourly / Non-Exempt

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas
Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and provide with accurate wait times and updates as needed
Inform guests of current promotions and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff
Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, rotate seatings for service staff
Communicate with service staff and management regarding any pertinent service information

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

One (1) year of restaurant hosting or serving experience preferred
Current Texas Food Handlers and TABC Certifications
Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends (Must be available Thursday/Friday night, and all day Saturday/Sunday)
Ability to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask efficiently
Team player with a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, carry or pull objects that may be heavy
Ability to work standing for prolonged periods of time
